Restore purchases

If you bought Sudoku Coach Plus but the app still shows locked features, open the paywall or subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in with the Apple ID that made the original purchase.

Manage subscriptions

Apple manages subscription billing. To change or cancel a plan, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Sudoku Coach on your device. For refund requests, use Apple’s official Report a Problem page.

Technique explanations

Sudoku Coach teaches techniques step by step. If a hint or lesson is confusing, compare it with the written guide for that technique.

Before contacting us

  • • Confirm your device is online before restoring purchases or loading web-based explanations.
  • • Restart the app if a lesson, hint, or subscription state looks stale.
  • • Include a screenshot when it helps explain the issue.
