Restore purchases
If you bought Sudoku Coach Plus but the app still shows locked features, open the paywall or subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in with the Apple ID that made the original purchase.

Apple manages subscription billing. To change or cancel a plan, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Sudoku Coach on your device. For refund requests, use Apple’s official Report a Problem page.
Sudoku Coach teaches techniques step by step. If a hint or lesson is confusing, compare it with the written guide for that technique.
Email us with your device model, iOS version, Sudoku Coach version, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive personal information.
